Our Senior Technical Writer will own the product documentation function and be responsible for writing system-level and detailed descriptions of SEVEN software products, administrative guides and end-user manuals. The position requires the Senior Technical Writer to work closely with product management, software engineering, architect, operations, and service delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with software engineers and operations staff to produce software documentation, including technical overview, installation, configuration and administration guides, API reference manuals, user guides, and online help systems
